By accessing or using CleanIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

CleanIQ is an AI-powered data cleaning and standardization platform. We provide tools to upload, analyze, clean, and export data files. Service features vary by subscription plan.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use CleanIQ to:

• Process data you do not have rights to
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
• Process data in violation of applicable laws (including GDPR, CCPA)

5. Your Data

You retain all rights to data you upload. By using CleanIQ, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing our cleaning service. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not share it with third parties except as required to provide the service.

6. Subscription and Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are not provided for partial months of service
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; service continues until the end of the billing period
• We may suspend accounts with overdue payments

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. Enterprise plans include a 99.9% uptime SLA.

8. Limitation of Liability

CleanIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

CleanIQ, including its logo, design, and technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy before permanent deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
